A large company based on the North Shore of Central Suffolk County is looking for a qualified individual who possesses the following skills and abilities: - Scheduling meetings with clients and staff, and managing calendar appointments. - Liaison between clients, public and staff. - Basic-Intermediate (Microsoft Office) primarily with Word and Excel. - Organizing documents, answering phone calls, prioritizing and organizing daily activities, managing correspondence. - Greeting visitors arriving into the office. - Ability to organize pending matters with a great follow up. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Working hours: M-F 8am-5pm -5+ years of administrative experience (reporting to CEO,CFO, or other upper level executive) -H.S. Diploma -Bi-Lingual(Spanish) -Strong Microsoft Office skills. -Superior written and oral communication skills are a must, along with the capacity to appropriately interact with all levels of management.
