Altruista is an independent wealth advisory firm providing comprehensive financial management and estate planning services to high net worth individuals. We are dedicated to providing exceptional client service and are looking for an exceptional assistant to join our team. 

Key Functions:

 

* Reception/ Front Desk Management

*Scheduling and Calendar Management

* Prepare client account applications/correspondence

*Greet Clients

*Data Input and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)

*Coordinate Workflow

*Ensure proper completion of activities and tasks within team

*Record Management (scanning, copying, etc.)

 

 

Requirements for Position:

*Extremely strong “follow-through” skills

*Clear communication skills (written and verbal)             

*Able to create and/or follow efficient systems and processes

*Punctual/Professional

*Warm and welcoming personality with excellent social skills

*Proficient with Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook etc.)

*Superb organizational skills

*Attention to Detail

*Minimum 3+ Experience working in Office Environment (Financial Industry a Plus)

*Ability to Multi-task

*Ability to be a self-starter and take initiative as well as work with a team

 

Compensation: Starting Range of $30,500 to $36,500 commensurate with experience.

Background check/Drug screen is required. Non-smoking applicants only.
