Administrative Assistant
The position provides administrative support to the Director, Business Administration Sales and team. Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the Director and Business Administration Sales management team.
- Creates and maintains filing system.
- Creates and maintains correspondence.
- Coordinates travel.
- Maintains Outlook calendar for the Director.
- Coordinates meetings.
- Prepares agendas/presentation slides for meetings.
- Coordinate with Facilities Coordinator on office supplies for the department.
- Organizes and processes expense reports for Director.
- Cooperates with other individuals and groups as necessary.
- Create purchase orders and pays invoices.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
