Financial Services Firm in Irvine, California is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Firm’s Operation Manager. The selected candidate will play an integral role in providing administrative support, to include:

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of three (3) plus years experience in a professional services environment (financial services industry preferred).
