GrammaTech is looking for an Administrative Assistant with outstanding skills and a desire to be part of an intellectual and innovative staff that thrives on cutting-edge research in the automated software analysis domain.
We are seeking a confident and articulate individual with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint – a “Super User”.
Key responsibilities of the position include, but are definitely not limited to, the following:
- Report generation and analysis. We are looking for an Excel “Super-User”.
- Coordination and tracking of building maintenance activities.
- Standardization of company document templates in Microsoft Office products.
- Marketing activities such as tracking and preparing reports of key website performance, assisting with list and contract database management, and working with sales to ensure promotional materials are up-to-date.
- General administrative support duties for many facets of the organization; including Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Contracting.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills are required in this position, along with a professional demeanor and a sound sense of judgment and discretion. Our small office environment needs a person willing to share administrative tasks with our team of professionals.
- An AA/AS Degree in an applicable field with a minimum of three years of office experience, or a BA/BS Degree with one year office experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of college math, and/or a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- “Super User” Microsoft Excel skills. Proven track record of working with pivot tables, Macros, and VBA, along with above-average efficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong math skills and accuracy when working with a large volume of numbers.
