Position is part-time, with full-time potential.

Description:

Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that tasks are completed in an effective and efficient manner.

Duties:

-Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the administrative offices

-Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages

-Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence

-Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference

telephone calls

-Provide word-processing and secretarial support

-Assist the Administrative staff as requested
-Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
-Provides information by answering questions and requests.
-Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
-Completes operational requirements by scheduling and expediting work results.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
