Administrative/Customer Service Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

·        Answer multiple telephone lines

·        Assist customers by processing telephone orders, tracking packages, resolving customer service issues

·        Maintain high volume email account

·        Assist upper management w/ various tasks including filing, scheduling and other office related tasks

·        Assist walk in customers with orders

·        Maintain high level of customer service at all times

Requirements

·        3-5 years of administrative experience a MUST

·        3-5 years of data entry and customer service experience a MUST

·        3-5 years QuickBooks and Microsoft operating system experience

·        Must have a friendly and personable demeanor

·        Must be a team player that can multitask seamlessly
