Working directly with the owners, you will be involved in all facets of the company, from administrative and accounting to customer service and sales.
Being a valued part of our team you will provide hands on administrative support with direct involvement in many areas of the company. In this role you will look to find improved methods as we look to continually improve(Kaizen).
You should have 3-5 years working knowledge of, and be able to both perform, and train employees in these areas: Light accounting/bookkeeping- A/R, A/P G/L, collections, order entry, document creation, excel spreadsheets as well as occasional customer service and telephone support
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years Bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in improving and stream-lining processes.
- Customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and team oriented.
- Comensurate with experience 35,000-45,000+

Computer Requirements
- Experience with accounting software i.e. Macola
- Microsoft – Excel (Generate Sales, Accounting and Inventory Reports)
- Microsoft – Word (Generate Customer letters, Mail Merge, Etc.)
- Report writing software i.e. Crystal Reports
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business administration) – or –
- 2 – 5 years related experience and/or training – or –
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
