Lake County non-profit seeks part time administrative assistant. Position responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day operations; maintaining filing systems, databases and financial records; providing process and tactical support for programs; and providing administrative support for the executive director and program staff. Ideal candidate will be highly proficient in MS Office, Quickbooks and Constant Contact. Excellent communication, customer service, organizational skills and time management are essential.
