Growing company searching for Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team.
Provide all areas of administrative support to busy Executive in small office environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain detailed / deadline oriented office calendar
- Maintain customer profiles / update information
- Maintain compliance files
- Interact with overseas and domestic carriers on insurance claims
- Maintain legal files (patents, trademarks) and contract administration
- Administrator for Retail customer websites
- Communicate with customers, vendors and sales representatives
- Coordinate trade shows
- Specific / detailed travel arrangements for top Executives
- Accounts receivable research and follow-up
- Research for special projects
Requirements:
- Experience with detailed travel arrangements (including international)
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills / customer service personality
- Small office background experience wearing many hats
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding and deadline driven environment
