Administrative Assistant Job in Roseland, New Jersey Us

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
·         To assist the VP of International Development and the Senior Director of Development.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITES:

 ·         Answer phone, coordinate travel, prepare expense report, filing, calendar and contact list keeper set up conference calls via teleconference equipment on off hours due to time changes.  and other duties as requested. 

 

 

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

       ·         Knowledge of retail real estate business a plus.
      
·         Proficient with Microsoft Office computer programs and Lotus Notes.
       
·         Ability to multi-task.
      
·         Ability to complete assignments on time.
      
·         Works well with others as a team as well as independently.
      
·         Professional business demeanor.

 

Required Experience and Education:

 ·         Minimum of five (5) years administrative experience.
       
·         Experience with managing international travel.
       
·         Foreign languages a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese and/or Korean).
      
·         Availability to assist off hours (travel coordination in late hours, video conference calls, etc.)
