Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Provide administrative support to Credit, Compliance, Deposit and Treasury operations including scheduling, organizing and updating meetings as well as preparing presentation materials.
- Maintain calendar by scheduling, coordinating, and updating meetings
- Coordinate all meetings on a regular basis
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials
- Organize travel arrangements for CIT Bank team
- Schedule interviews and coordinate travel arrangements for candidates
- Maintain vacation schedules for management team
- Prepare, review, and track expense reports
- Process departmental invoices
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and transfer calls as needed
- Prepare organizational charts on a monthly basis
- Prepare letters and packages for distribution
- Distribute mail and correspondence
- Responsible for copies, faxes, scans, and filing of documents
- Order supplies
- Provide administrative support to the CIT Bank team as needed
Minimum Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Perform multiple tasks with a degree of urgency
