This not-for-profit, member based association strives to support people with spinal cord injuries to achieve their choices in life. The organisation prides themselves on having provided vital care, support and clinical services to people with spinal cord injuries, their carers and families for more than 40 years.
An exciting new opportunity has presented itself to join a rewarding organisation as a Administrator supporting a specialised Care Program. Joining their head office in the Inner Western Suburbs, they are looking to appoint an appropriate candidate on a permanent full time basis.
You will be responsible for, but are not limited to supporting the day to day administration of the specialised care program, system maintenance of the electronic rostering system, assisting with the maintenance of the programs internal records, assist with the advertising process for attracting carers, assisting with production of team agendas and minutes, working with training coordinators to confirm training schedules and attendance of training days whilst support senior members of the team with general Ad-Hoc duties.
The successful candidate will have experience within an IT administrative position, the ability to maintain record management and data collection systems, have a high level of computer literacy relating to the MS Suite and an understanding of issues associated with physical disability.
