This dynamic company is seeking a Administrative Assistant for the Wixom Michigan area. Responsibilities would include:
- Assist in preparing and distributing inventory planning/control reports and etc.
- Provide administrative support to inventory planning personnel. Coordinate inventory meetings and maintain schedules.
- Interface with customer service, sales representatives and coordinate associates.
- Travel to trade shows/ customer conferences if necessary
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and will adhere to all company policies relating to TS16949 and ISO14000.
Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience (Preferred):
2-3 years related experience. Associate’s degree in business desired. Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal/organizational skills. Excellent organizational skills. Detailed oriented. A team player. Ability and willingness to travel as needed. Possess mental faculties consistant with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job required.
