Administrative Assistant recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team of 6-12
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements for executives
- Manage pre and post business trip itinerary and reimbursement as required
- Assist in phone coverage with pleasant and professional manner
- Arrange internal and external meetings
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years experience as Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Working experience in Investment Banking or Financial Institution is a must
- High level of attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Team-player with exceptional communication skills
- Advanced user in all aspects of MS Office
- 1-year contract (renewable), immediate availability preferred
