Administrative Assistant recruitment

Responsibilities include:

• Heavy calendar management; internal/external meetings and conference calls (between multiple time zones)

• Coordinating high volume of international and domestic travel using Concur and American Express Travel

• Weekly expense reporting using Concur and paper submission of expense reports for Coal consultants

• Creating PowerPoint presentations and Weekly reports

• Data entry and spreadsheets using Excel

• Preparing legal documents for execution, delivery, and submission

• Managing of timecards for employees including approval of time-off requests

• Coordinating travel, registration, reservation, and materials for conference attendance

• Preparing printouts of meeting materials

• Processing visa requests for international business travel

Skills/Education/Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in an Administrative role

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment

• Pro-active team player, flexible, dependable, professional attitude
