Administrative Assistant recruitment

Primary responsibilities include:

-Assist managing director and advisory team in all aspects of client contact and servicing;

-Assist clients on telephone and in outgoing written communication;

-Multi-task effectively to complete a wide variety of requests from clients regarding their accounts;

-Process internal documents and reports for the team; and

-Manage the calendar and schedule client meetings for managing director and advisory team. 

Minimum Qualifications Include:  Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within team framework are a must. A bachelors degree with strong academic achievement, strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Office Applications and the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. The firm offers competitive salary and benefit plans and opportunities for career advancement.
