Administrative Assistant recruitment

We are looking for an experienced Adminstrative Assistant/PA/EA to join their portfolio group to support the head of fixed income and the team.

1. Active calendar/schedule management, expense reports, and travel coordination.

2. Internal and external meeting preparation including scheduling, material preparation/distribution, room set up (teleconference, videoconferencing), and catering/refreshments.

3. Take a leading role in the coordination and management of PMG meetings and calls.

4.Coordinate, design, and manage on- and off-site special team events/celebrations.

We are looking at candidates who have at least 5 years of experience of being in a similar role; MUST have a degree; finance services indsutry experience preferred; Independent and can handle corporate clients.
