As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Assistant of the Managing Director of Retail Asia Pacific. This will comprise planning and manage all travel, accommodation, catering and venue requirements for conferences, meetings and functions, ensuring cost effectiveness. The successful incumbent will ensure the processing of team expense claims and ensures compliance with company policy and manage the receipt and payment of invoices.

You will additionally screen telephone calls, field enquiries, proactively manage requests and escalate urgent matters to higher ups. Producing general correspondence, presentations, reports of a confidential nature, on behalf of team will also be your function. Acting as central liaison point for communication between management and direct reports/department, will ensure harmonisation and consistency of information.

Qualifications:

To apply, you should bring to table experience in providing support at senior levels of an organisation. Being proactive and being persistence in addressing issues will be well regarded. The candidate should have experience in managing and solving complex problems including influencing key stakeholders to achieve a win-win solution.
