Business Admin Assistant (6-Month Position)
Global Client Group - Hong Kong Retail Sales Team

Business Support
· Organising client/marketing events (luncheons, seminars, etc) and RM branch visits/briefings
· Preparing itineraries, attendee list and venue booking for client visits
· Meeting and greeting external visitors
· Answering client phone calls
· Photocopy and binding client presentation materials
· Process expenses reimbursement for clients
· Keeping track of marketing expense on monthly basis
· Sending flowers, hampers and food baskets etc... to clients' occasions

Admin Support
· Provide admin support, calendar management, conferences scheduling, and travel arrangement for Hong Kong Retail Team and Transition Management Team (14 staff)
· Provide admin support, conferences scheduling, travel arrangement and prepare detail itinerary for Inbound visitors
· Process expenses reimbursement for team members
· Liaise with in-house support functions for new hire on-boarding arrangement, e.g. phone set-up, email account opening, NT login application
· Provide office administrative support such as stationery ordering, security cards application, business cards ordering for team members

Requirements:
· 2-3 years relevant experience in financial industry, preferably business administrative support
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
· Ability to prioritise and follow through on assignments
· Good interpersonal skills and be able to interact with all levels of professionals and other assistants
· Excellent / professional communication skills
· Self-motivated and flexible
· Strong in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
· Strong in English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin
