Administrative assistant recruitment

Core Responsibilities:

- Provide full administrative support for the team of Equity research analysts.
- Manage heavy scheduling, occasional conferences and special events. 
- Schedule and updates routine travel arrangements for sector analysts
- Process TE expense reports in accordance with firm's guidelines, push back if necessary
- Helps in preparing visitors' meeting schedule (client or visitor from other GS locations)
- Admin work of new hires - request creation of new email account/phone set up/computer/seat allocation/training/stationery etc
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Relay information and perform tasks in a timely manner
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
- Take on ad-hoc projects while maintaining daily work flow and general administrative support.

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative assistant supporting senior executives and /or big team;
- Experience at  financial services firm is a preference, but not a must 
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Native level fluency in Mandarin and high level proficiency in English
