Randstad is hiring an administrative assistant for a large healthcare services provider located in McLean, VA. The company has a need for an experienced sales support specialist to help the business continue to grow. This is a temporary role slated to last about 3 months, with a strong possibility to lead to a permanent role. This is not a commissioned sales position. Working hours: Standard Business Hours Provides administrative support to principals by performing basic duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, telephone assistance, mail, supplies and calendars. May also schedule and confirm appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. Performs administrative duties such as assisting in the preparation of monthly operating results, monitoring expenses, tracking information using a PC, special projects requiring research and judgment, developing and analyzing reports. Typically supports mid to upper-level managers. Skills: Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
