Specific Job Description Individual will perform variety of administrative tasks to provide dual support to Ethics Director and HR Diversity Inclusion, EOP Director. Support will include managing schedules and calendars, answering phones, coordinating/arranging travel and processing of expense reports. Individual will provide project support to include event planning and coordination, preparation of presentations and reports, as well as drafting and dissemination of customary correspondence. Individual will be responsible for processing incoming/helpline calls for Ethics and DI, EOP functional areas. Individual will provide occasional administrative support coverage to other business area executives. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Standard Job Description Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.
