Administrative Assistant to the CTO recruitment
The successful candidate will work directly for the CTO. You will be responsible for:
- Wireless Telecomm Management - manage wireless accounts, order and setup devices, provide guides and troubleshooting support
- Assist with Sox Reviews
- Create Expense Reports, Purchase Orders, and Shipping Labels
- Manage invoices
- Maintain contracts and various documents
- Attend meetings and write up minutes
- Screen calls, setup appointments, and reserve conference rooms
- Filing and data entry
The key skills are organization, note taking and the ability to follow-up. Part time work would be preferred (2-3 days per week, hours can be flexible) and college level applicants are welcome. Salary would be market rate and based on prior experience.
