Administrative Assistant with Sharepoint Experience

Randstad is searching for a candidate to work for one of our clients; an economic consulting firm of consulting professionals providing economic, financial and statistical advice, research and analysis that often lead to expert reports and testimony in litigation and regulatory proceedings. They operate in 22 offices across North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia and their clients include corporations, law firms, governments, regulatory agencies, trade associations and international agencies. Working in a team environment, this position is demanding and entails a professional who has excellent attention to detail and accuracy. The candidate must be able to effectively multi-task and be very flexible and work within a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be comfortable interfacing with clients and staff as well as greeting and speaking on behalf of two Senior Vice Presidents and team members. The qualified candidate will be responsible for: -Managing heavy calendar and address book in Outlook; arranging domestic and international travel; and preparing reimbursements -Preparing monthly billing letters and following up with accounting and clients -Filing, photocopying and organizing case documents -Answering phones taking accurate and detailed messages -Organizing and preparing materials for internal and external meetings -Typing legal reports, expert economic reports, and agreements (clients and vendors) -Coordinating calls, web conferences, and meetings -Conducting basic level project research and data entry -Hand delivering documents and reports to clients as needed Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Requirements: -2 to 3 years experience providing administrative support in a legal or professional services environment, preferably with a global presence -Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Word 2010 are a must -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Be accurate, efficient and demonstrate attention to detail -Self-starter with a high-energy team mentality who enjoys a fast-paced, challenging and professional work environment -Experience in other Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
