- Inside Sales, Account Managers, Sales Director
- Tech Service, Customer Equipment Service
- Answer in-coming phone calls and route accordingly
- Inbound/Outbound US mail
- Inbound/Outbound UPS shipments
- Responsible for postage/postage machine
- Responsible for office supplies (i.e. print cartridges, paper, pens, etc.)
- Responsible for equipment service orders (copier, fax)
- Maintain Silgan Premium inventory
- Processing office invoices and credit memos (on Silgan A/R)
- Setting up new vendors and process check requests
- Track all office expenses on SharePoint
- Audit Account Manager expense reports
- Routing weekly reports, special articles, etc.
- Providing current news about competitors to Account Managers
- Maintain office vacation/holiday calendar (monthly)
- Track season tickets for professional baseball, football and basketball games
- Create and circulate weekly itinerary for entire office staff (including non-sales)
- Update Schedule Trackers and Sales Visits spreadsheets on SharePoint
- Schedule conference calls on ReadyCast
- Schedule meetings in internal conference room; arrange catering
- Process trade event registrations and coordinate hotels, restaurants, etc.
- Develop and maintain Customer Profiles for all accounts.
- Pull and/or update reports for Inside Sales and Account Managers as needed
