- Answer and refer incoming calls
- Greet guests and field incoming calls
- Schedule appointments
- Send quotes and RFQ’s as requested
- Prepares memos, reports and other documents
- Process cared card transactions
- Scanning, faxing, mailing, and sorting
- Filing documents
- Confirming shipments
- Some data entry in the computer
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Switchboard experience a plus
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Read, write, and speak English
