Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Job in Washington 20006, District Of Columbia Us

Small Washington-based international consulting firm that specializes in political and economic risk studies and investigative products for corporate clients operating overseas seeks an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.

Duties will include answering the phone, directing calls, and taking phone messages; receiving office visitors; managing schedules; preparing expense reports; filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, entering and formatting data; preparing correspondence, memoranda, reports and other documents; planning, arranging and assisting with meetings and travel; communicating with and assisting partners, co-workers and clients.  

Candidates must have 5+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist and be proficient in using Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Candidate must also have previous experience in booking international travel for executives. This position encompasses a variety of duties, so candidate must be flexible, well organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
