Administrative Assistant/Receptionist – Stable and Well
Job Description:
Description: Seeking a dynamic individual for an Administrative Assistant to support a growing business. Job Description: * Provide administrative support duties that include, but not limited to; answering phones; preparing correspondence, calendaring, screening phone calls if necessary, ordering supplies for projects, setting up filing systems, etc * Maintain calendar, set up appointments, schedule travel arrangements * Plan and organize off-site company events * Perform such other related duties as may be assigned * Formatting, editing, proofreading, preparing and transmitting client deliverables * Consistently build strong relationships and good rapport with clients * Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of all information in CRM application * Performing a wide range of tasks on a day-to-day basis. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * 3 to 5 years administrative support experience * Excellent computer skills - including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook * Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and listening * Demonstrated ability to work independently while exhibiting excellent time management skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, while handling frequent interruptions * Strong attention to quality work and detail with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work efficiently * Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal skills and positive, professional, and articulate voice tone * Experience dealing with people at all levels of an organization, getting and giving often complex and sensitive information in both verbal and written communications. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
