POSITION SUMMARY

Provides administrative support to Auto Travel Manager and Service Center and Travel Agency Services Director, with an emphasis on Auto Travel Web Request Fulfillment.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

·         Establish and maintain effective working relationship with clients, members, associates and vendors.

·         Monitor inventory of necessary working supplies and publications. Place and process supply orders.

·         Ensure high quality production of duties efficiently and within quality standards while fulfilling requests by members utilizing the AAA website.

·         Able to effectively communicate with web users/members on travel plans and can readily prepare travel packages (TripTik routings, marked maps, publications, hotel/motel/car/package reservations, brochures, etc.)

·         Process TripTik routings for other branch locations when needed.

·         Continue to upgrade technical expertise through Club training and provides technical support to other AAA counselors relative to the TripTik processing systems.

·         Market products/services as well as services the needs of the members relative to Auto Travel, Member Services and Travel Agency.

·         Support all other revenue-generating products including Insurance, Emergency Road Service, Financial Services and Membership.

·         Commute to any service center and provides coverage, as needed

·         Respond to electronic requests, questions and comments via the FUZE system.

·         Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

SKILLS ABILITIES

Education/Experience : Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, and/or two years Auto Travel experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Auto Travel Operating System

·         Web/Internet

 

Certificates Licenses

·         Valid driver’s license

·         Driving record in accordance to AAA Associate Driver Safety Guide

 

Other Requirements

·         Strong map reading skills

·         Basic geography knowledge of Indiana, United States and Mexico

·         Basic math skills
