The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience supporting Management. Must be able to plan and coordinate meetings and conference calls, including agendas and minutes; reporting; filing, presentations, proofreading, database maintenance and other projects.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, along with proficiency with Word and Excel. Additional experience with Access preferred. Work requires the utmost attention to detail and thorough follow-up skills.

Commercial Real Estate or Construction background is highly desirable.
A Bachelors degree is required.
