Administrative Coordinator

Our client is a growing southern NH business offering a great work environment and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in dispatching drivers and preparation and collection of all related paperwork
Assist with contracting outside transport vendors as needed
Collection and processing of drive expense accounts and other related expenses
Assist with the record keeping of all trip requests
Issue and monitor the use of fuel cards and gas slips provided to employees
Ensure compliance and maintenance of all DOT records
Other duties as assigned

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Qualified candidates must demonstrate the following:

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
2+ years of prior experience in an office environment
Willingness to multi-task and wear multiple hats
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and communication skills
Prior experience in dispatch role and/or automotive industry preferred
Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
Associate's Degree preferred
