Job Title:                          Administrative Coordinator

Location:                         MISTRAS Group, Inc. – Q.PRo Services Division

Reports to:                     GEneral Manager

 

 

 

MISTRAS is currently seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, dedicated applicant who is a motivated self-starter to oversee and coordinate the office administrative functions in our Q.Pro advanced NDE services Houston office.  The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and handling multiple daily tasks.  The ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines, prioritize projects while maintaining a positive attitude and a solid work ethic that will promote and enhance the company.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Essential duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to, the following:

 

Ø  Coordinate administrative functions and interface with regional accounting group, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and assist employees with HR inquiries

 

Ø  Review and audit invoices for contract compliance and accuracy, respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and work order preparation in a timely, accurate and professional manner

 

Ø  Handle incoming phone calls, perform follow-up calls regarding customer inquires, complaints and work orders to assure follow-through, completion and satisfaction

 

Ø  Acquire general knowledge about all company services provided to allow for proper handling of current and prospective customers

 

Ø  Cost tracking skills

 

Ø  Meet accuracy goals, handle multiple daily tasks

 

Ø  Project a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, positive behavior that encourages customer confidence and reflects the professional image desired by MISTRAS.

 

Ø  Ability to interact with clients, project managers, and the corporate office in a professional manner

 

 

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

 

Ø  Advanced computers skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)

 

Ø  Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, telephone, and follow-up skills

 

Ø  Demonstrate strong administrative skills with excellent judgment and problem resolution skills and ability

 

Ø  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Ø  Successfully pass drug test

 

Ø  Clean driving record

 

WORK EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

Ø  High School diploma or equivalent

Ø  Managerial and Accounting experience

Ø  3 - 5 years of office administration experience

Ø  Technical and/or field services industry experience is desirable
