Currently, we are looking for a Project Administrator whose primary responsibility will be to support the change readiness team.  The successful candidate will be self-motivated and career-oriented, and have several years of administrative support experience

Responsibilities include:

 

Coordinating schedules, calendars, and meeting rooms for workshops and site visits

Building meeting and workshop schedules

Setting up e-mail groups and distribution lists in MS Outlook

Coordinating departmental events

Status Reporting

Other responsibilities as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

Excellent oral/written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
