Administrative Coordinator – Philanthropy recruitment

The Role
Bloomberg Philanthropy is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive administrative
coordinator based in its London Office. The successful candidate must have a proven track
record in an administration capacity with excellent communication skills (both written and
verbal). Bloomberg Philanthropy is core to the culture of Bloomberg. The Philanthropy team
coordinates the company's engagement with cultural and charitable organisations across
EMEA and Asia.

The candidate should have the ability to work independently, be able to prioritize and
multi-task, as well as have confidence when dealing with a wide range of people and
projects at various levels. Ideally, the successful candidate will have PA or similar
experience and be comfortable working alongside a team as well as supporting management
within the organisation. A flexible outlook is a necessity. Interest and knowledge of both the
arts and charity sectors is preferred but not essential.

Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
- European languages in addition to Fluent English desirable
