The Coordinator/Analyst provides primary administrative and organizational support to the Vice President of Development, UHS Building Solutions and the VP of Process/Performance Improvement.

Essential Job Duties:

Reviews incoming business leads to ascertain appropriate follow-up response.
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, composes and types correspondence, responds to routine calls and correspondence and performs other administrative and clerical duties.
Prepares and/or reviews expense reports, purchase authorizations, memos and correspondence to assure accuracy.
Manages travel arrangements, air, ground transportation and hotel accommodations.
Coordinates meetings and Conference calls.
Coordinates invoicing and purchase order tracking.
Assists in developing material used in formal training or other company presentations.
Conducts Industry, Market and Demographic research for acute care acquisitions.
Manages the day to day accounting/billing and expense processing for the wholly owned construction subsidiary. Coordinates billings to clients and payments received from clients. Reviews maintains construction company filing system for projects.
Maintain and enhance Development and Building Solutions presentations to external constituents.
Maintain, enhance and keep current all marketing brochures for Development and Building Solutions.
Research potential leads for hospital acquisitions and Building Solutions clients using criteria established by Department V.P.’s. Develop collateral materials (cover letters, information packets) for initial contact.
Assist in responding to request for proposals for Development and Building Solutions.
Monitor Building Solutions website and ensure content is kept current and expanded as necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned/required.

Associates Degree, or Technical School or 2 years of college required, with 3 - 5 years experience required.  A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with excellent organizational, computer and writing skills. 
Professional demeanor to maintain good public relations with vendors, internal and external customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access is required.
Must be confident, a team player and able to assume increased responsibility.
