Administrative Customer Support Job in Austin, Texas US

Manpower is currently hiring for Administrative/Sales Support Customer Service Reps to work with our North West Austin Call Center Client. Interviews are being conducted immediately.

This is an Administrative role environment in the education department and is very fast paced. This position requires excellent data entry and customer service skills via phone and written communication skills. Standard calls include order status, maintenance, financial transaction processing (credit cards, loans, leases and cash), billing inquires, returns and exchanges, tracking shipments as well as other post-sales activities and problem solving. Must have excellent relationship-building skills with other internal organizations including sales, logistics and AR. This position also requires that the right candidate be flexible to assist with the Inbound Order Entry Dept. Providing order entry support for EDU accounts. Position requires high level of written and oral communication skills. Could entail high volume of inbound/outbound customer contact to discuss ongoing issues, resolutions, and process improvements. Also involves a high level of interdepartmental interaction.

EXPERIENCE SKILLS
General requirements of the position. Candidates with the following skills will be considered:

- Experience with customer interaction via telephone and email
- High volume data entry
- Typing skills (min 30 words per minute) and 10-key
- Ability to work cross functionally with a team approach to accomplishing goals
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- BA/BS preferred or with 1-2 years experience in call center /or customer service
