Administrative Director Job in La Crosse 54601, Wisconsin US

Villa St. Joseph, located on St. Joseph’s Ridge, is a skilled care retirement home owned by the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration (find our website at www.fspa.org).  The Villa is home to approximately 70 sisters. 

 

We are seeking a full time Administrative Director who would be responsible for leading and directing the overall operations of this facility.  Successful candidates will have: 

-         A minimum of three years experience in administrative / supervisory operations. 

-         Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing, planning, administration, and team building. 

-         Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

-         Understanding of person-centered care and the aging process. 

-         Understanding of religious life and promoting a sacramental life.

-         A Nursing Home Administrator’s license and/or a Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration or a related field is desired.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a LTC Administrator, Health Care or LTC Department Manager to use your expertise in a quieter less regulated environment.
