Administrative Marketing Coordinator Job in Tampa 33609, Florida Us
CPA firm looking for administrative support for their marketing function. The marketing coordinator will work with the marketing director and perform the following duties:
- Maintain CRM database
- Take charge of distribution of newsletters and other communication
- Sending of welcome and thank you letters and gifts
- Coordinating seminars and client open houses
- Coordinating speaking events for professionals
- Organize and mail press releases
- Coordinate advertising, trade shows, referral programs and other marketing
Required Experience:
- 2+ Years experience in a professional office environment required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge CRM systems and their operation
- Excellent communication skills, common-sense approach to problem solving
- Excellent organization skills and follow-up skills
