Administrative/Clerical Assitant w/ Customer Service Experience

We currently have an opportunity for a large fortune 500 company located in the North Highlands area that supports active real estate properties on a nationwide basis. This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need qualified customer and client service orientated candidates with office experience to help the business continue to grow! These are temporary roles with up to a 12 month duration and a possibility to hire permanent. These are not commissioned sales positions. Working hours: Multiple Shifts Available (6-3, 8-5, 10-7, 11-8) Must be able to work overtime as needed. Daily responsibilities are: -Acts as intermediary for the exchange of routine information -Handle both inbound and outbound calls as well as e-mail inquires -Research required information using available resources -Provide customers and external/internal business clients with product and service information -Process orders, forms and applications -Detailed tracking of customer information and requests -Updating databases as required -Tracking associated financial information in Excel spreadsheets Training will be provided! Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Proficient in relevant computer applications (MS Word/Excel/Outlook, Web Navigation) Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Six months or more experience in a call center or professional office environment Knowledge of administration and clerical processes Key Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills Problem analysis Customer service orientation Attention to detail Adaptability "Can do" attitude with a willingness to learn Will be required to pass a full criminal history background screen upon a formal job offer.
