A superb opportunity has arisen for an Administrator / Receptionist to join our client, the export sales office for a global construction equipment manufacturer. Acting as the official Caterpillar dealer for East and West Africa, the Middle East and Siberia, they offer their customers a complete range of new and used construction, mining, power generation and materials handling equipment.

Providing administrative support for the UK General Manager, you will be meeting and greeting visitors to the office and arranging travel for UK members of staff, including setting up Visa's and work permits.

As an Administrator / Receptionist, you will also be managing diaries, booking meetings and ordering stationery.

To be considered for this varied role, you must have office administration experience within a commercial environment.

Highly organised, as an Administrator / Receptionist, you will be an excellent communicator. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team are also essential.
