As Administrator for at Aurora Health Care, imagine yourself *Managing and overseeing the following specialty areas the Hospitalist programs and Hyperbaric Medicine at Aurora Health Care. * Overseeing the day-to-day activities of thses specialty areas through the clinic leadership at each site, ensuring a high level of productivity. Continually monitoring the functioning of the clinics and revises operations as needed. *Being responsible for the management of efficient systems that provides for quality patient services and overall patient satisfaction. Also, responsible for resolution of any patient concerns that is not resolve at the on-site leadership level. *Overseeing all functions of the clinics including but not limited to scheduling, billing, account receivable, patient records, telecommunications, transcription, radiology, laboratory and/or clinical services. Serving as a liaison to corporate departments that provide and/or support these services. *Being Responsible for facilitating the assimilation of newly hired or affiliated physicians into the group practice setting and working closely with the affiliating group's physician and administrative leadership. This is including but is not limited to credentialing, orientation/training, practice setup, and post-integration follow-up. Working collaboratively with leaders in other markets to help assimilate affiliating practice into market and/or current clinic operations. * Establishing and maintaining effective communications and working relationships with physicians and physician leadership. Responding to physician concerns and provides problem resolution as appropriate. Actively participating in the management committee. * Developing and implementing productivity action plans to meet productivity benchmarks for assigned facilities. *Being responsible for reviewing and recommending capital equipment and facilities requests. *Coordinating with appropriate individuals the easing and/or renting of office space and responding to concerns of tenants. *Participating in community activities and supports staff participation in community activities. *Participating in the development of a marketing plan in conjunction with the Marketing Development Manager. Ensuring efficient implementation and evaluation of the marketing plan as needed. *Being responsible for developing and submitting the annual budgets (operating and capital) with input from specific site leadership. Being responsible for operating within budgets. *Actively supporting the Aurora Health Care's Mission, Vision, Values and strategic initiatives. Developing and implementing a system to ensure that established policies, goals, and objectives are achieved. *Maintaining current knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations and ensures compliance with these codes and regulations.
