Administrator/ Customer Service

Hays are currently looking for customer service administrators to fill a 3 month temporary role working within the healthcare sector. The role is initially on a 3 month basis and will be working in a busy contact centre environment.

The responsibilities of the role will include:
receiving general enquiries from the public
Completing any associated administrative work
Customer Service experience is essential

The post initially will be working Monday to Friday 9-5 but there may be a change in working hours with the inclusion of Saturdays (1 day will be given in lieu during the week) and a rota may be put in place working one of the following shifts; 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 or 12-8
