ADMINISTRATOR

 

Selwyn Building Services Limited is a company based on the Wirral and the Midlands supplying heating, electrical, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration services, maintenance and installation to a number of blue chip companies in the North West.

 

We are now seeking to recruit an Administrator to help within our busy Purchasing Department.  The successful applicant will be independent, thorough, hard working and able to work on their own initiative. Duties range from purchasing parts and services, data inputting, liaising with suppliers, customers and engineers, chasing outstanding orders.  This is an extremely pressurised role which requires someone with proven time management skills who thrives under pressure. Attention to detail is of paramount importance as we operate a “Right First Time” ethos.

 

Must have GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths plus NVQ2 Business Administration or equivalent.  Experience of Sage would be a distinct advantage.  References must be made available at interview.

Salary is between £12,480 and £20,124 depending on experience. Hours of work are between 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
