Administrator Job in Chepstow NP16 5EP, Wales UK

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team in our Chepstow office.   The position is temporary for ten months.

 

You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working within an administrative capacity.   A brief summary of the duties is as follows:-

 

 

Assisting Team with proof reading and formatting MS Word and Excel documents (e.g. Reports, Letters, Proposals)

Overall team administration support (e.g. timesheets, expenses, movements, meetings and minutes)

Typing (e.g. MS Word reports and letters)

Complying with office Integrated Management System (ISO9001 ISO4001) including supporting technical staff to help their projects and operations comply with the IMS (e.g. filing and managing project documentation and assisting with IMS audits)

Archiving project documents

Printing, binding, photocopying
