You will be responsible for the below duties:
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Opening and distributing Mail
- Data entry of invoices
- Managing expense claims
- Facilities management for the offi ce
- Running errands; general administration support To be successful in this role you will possess the below attributes:

- Possess solid MYOB and Microsoft Offi ce skills
- Ability to priorities work task and duties
- Excellent attention to detail
- Accurate typing speed database management skills
