SP Location Rental is a Specialist Hire Company within the Film/TV/Fashion/Events industries. We are seeking an Office Administrator with accurate IT skills and good customer relations abilities and possibly (but not essentially) some experience at working within the hire or events industry.
The successful applicant will be part of a small but busy team and in a growing company and willing to get involved in various aspects of the business.
This position would be most suitable for someone available to start asap.
Tasks and Responsibilities include –
- Taking orders by telephone or e-mail
- Quoting customers
- Invoicing and chasing outstanding invoices
- Updating our computerised stock system
- Various office duties
Ideal Candidate –
- Able to use their own initiative but also able to work as part of a team
- Confident when liaising with customers and suppliers
- Excellent attention to detail and a good level of customer service are essential
- Excellent organisational skills and a willingness to learn
- Superior computer skills
- Would live in the area/vicinity
- Background in admin/office work
