Our client is currently looking to recruit an Administrator for a 12 month fixed term position. This position is looking to commence as soon as possible and has a negotiable salary depending on experience.

 

As the Administrator you will be required to provide a range of administrative services as required. This will be in the areas of contract administration (records and document management and control), bid preparation and client workshop planning.  Marketing material preparation, meeting support, spreadsheet production and tracking, general office administration and limited secretarial duties such as working with client administrative staff to arrange and coordinate across diaries meeting with the Sellafield Clients is also a requirement for this role.

Administration takes will also require basic document control, document production using word, Excel, powerpoint and Visio.

It is essential that candidates have strong previous experience in using Microsoft Excel, Visio and Power point packages and has previous administration experience.
