Search are currently recruiting for a position to work within a fast growing and successful company based in Liversedge.
Paying £7+ph - Full Time Hours
The role is initially temporary but will go permanent at a later date.
The role will consist of providing full Administration support to the team which will include:
- Inputting of Engineers timesheets onto the Sage.
- Analysing hours worked to ensure they correspond with the shifts provided.
- Management of Petty Cash
- Phoning suppliers to chase invoices
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Basic Payroll although training will be provided on this.
- General admin duties as required on a daily basis
The chosen candidate must be:
- Extremely flexible, hard-working and have the ability to use own initiative within a busy and sometimes demanding team environment.
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail is an essential part of this role
- Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner when dealing with people of all levels is required.
- Good IT Skills including working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and SAGE is an absolute must for this role. Candidates without knowledge of SAGE will not be considered.
