Hays are working on behalf of an organisation in need of a repairs administrator. The successful candidate will be tasked with the administration duties involved with processing repairs needed. You will need to liaise with the customer to take the full description of the repair down to ascertain what tools and workmen need to take with them. The ideal candidate must have fast and accurate data entry skills, as you will need to document everything on the system. The successful applicant will also need to work closely with customer, the engineers and sub-contractors, as you will need to allocate and diaries appointments.

You need to be very organised and efficient as you will be required to make follow up calls and make sure that all repairs are completed on time and completed to a high standard. The successful applicant will need to work to the priorities, deadlines and performance targets set by management; personally contribute to the achievement of the high performance levels set

This job role will be best suited to somebody who can demonstrate strong administration abilities and thrives in a fast passed environment where no two days are the same, ideally with a maintenance or engineer background. If this role is of interest please apply online
